Slow Down & Rest

Seasonal workshops to give you space and time to settle into deep rest. We will begin with a gentle vinyasa flow practice to prepare the body to settle into an indulgent 45 min restorative practice. followed by a 30 min Yoga Nidra practice to soothe your body with deep rest. These will run regularly - 2025 dates Jan - Jul now available for booking.
