Slow Down & Rest
Seasonal workshops to give you space and time to settle into deep rest. We will begin with a gentle vinyasa flow practice to prepare the body to settle into an indulgent 45 min restorative practice. followed by a 30 min Yoga Nidra practice to soothe your body with deep rest. These will run regularly across the year
Building your Home Practice
Create a personalised yoga sequence that you can take away & practice to ease you into the day at a pace that suits you. Learn to set goals and time appropriate to your lifestyle and craft a sequence that you can keep and practice with at home.
