Friday mornings, 10.30-11.30am at Old Gala House. Disabled access available and there is free parking. We will focus on joint mobility, strengthening, breathwork, balance and relaxation. You can choose to do the entire class seated or explore standing with support from your chair (and/or a wall if available). And you are welcome to stay for some tea, coffee and chat after class. This is a free class supported by LIVE BORDERS, for seniors living with or recovering from chronic illness.
