  • Yoga For Better Balance & Mobility

Small, informal group class focused on moving with the breath, relaxation and functional movement. Each week will include poses and practices to aid balance and mobility, as well as a chance to fully relax and unwind. Beginners welcome.

  • Classic Vinyasa Flow

A classic vinyasa flow class - with movements combined with breath. Starting with some sun salutations, standing poses and then exploring a range of yoga poses each month. A slightly faster pace than lengthen & strengthen with more of a focus on the breath and transition between different postures - a great place to explore combining the poses we will explore each month in other classes in a classical vinyasa flow.

  • Gentle Vinyasa Flow

A slower, more meditative version of a classical vinyasa flow style class with no sun salutations and slower transitions. There will be a longer savasana (15 mins) and a short breathwork (pranayama) practice in each class.

  • Yoga to Lengthen & Strengthen

A balanced practice designed to improve both strength and flexibility through yoga. A moderately dynamic class designed to compliment your other movement practices (e.g. running or swimming) and support movement with ease.

  • Yoga for Better Breathing (Pranayama)

Explore yoga techniques to enhance your breathing; working with a blend of traditional pranayama techniques and modern scientific understanding of how breath work can support our physical and mental health.

  • Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra

Ease into deep rest with a restorative yoga class finishing with a Yoga Nidra (or yoga sleep) practice designed to deeply relax your body allowing it to experience the sensation of deep, nourishing rest.
